Widely used in metal cutting processing, grinding machine, engraving machine, milling machine, CNC machine. It is a smart chuck by pneumatic power, can absorb any flat non-magnetic work piece(plastic, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, aleck board and so on).

How to use PTK?

1. Clear the chuck and put it on the machine platform.
2. Use the pressure clamper to fix it on the olatform
3. Use air pipe to connect the chuck and air supply.
4. Insert the sealing strip into the groove of the chuck table and make sure it is smaller than the bottom plane of the machined workpiece.
5. Make the sealling strip as the shape of work pieces, and make it as big as possible, just smaller than the work pices.
6. Put the work pieces at the chuck table, cover the sealing strip, gently press the workpiece, open the air supply and start maching.

Adsorption force when air pressure is 0.5 Mpa
·Please refer to graph on the left of the adsorption force. But the adorbablility decreases as the surface adsorption roughness and rubber in the join processing changes, please take note
·The actual adsorption force of the optional specification is equal to the vacuum pressure（KPa） multiplied by the adsorption area（mm2）
